visa for parents & mentally retarded brother

Pl advice me about arranging visit visa for few months for my aged parents and mentally retarded brother. One agent told me that visa is no problem but IMMIGRATION authorities will not allow my brother to enter Qatar because he is mentally retarded. The entire cost of travelling from India to Doha incurred will then be a waste. Please reply if u can guide me about my brother's immigration procedure.
Thanks

Thanks for reply. I have enquired at Indian embassy but they could not provide me any information in this regard. Its only upto the immigration wing. Yes, my parents are also old. But still I think I will try for visa for 3 of them because I want them to come and spend some time with me here.

hi suraj,

if the agent says that they may not allow, then he probably is right. i dont have firsthand information about this, but let me see if someone knows about this.

i have seen handicapped people arrive, so i am not sure why they wont allow him.

have you approached the indian embassy and asked them if they know anything about it?

also if your parents are very old then visit visa can be a trouble.

all the best.
