We are a family with two young daughters 3.5 and 2 years old. We would like to get a maid/Nanny to help with daliy life activities like cleaning, cooking and taking care of kids.

Which nationality do you recommend for maids? I heard Indonesian or Philipino

Do you recommend an agency to get a maid or even better if you have a good maid here that is looking for a good sponsor, please let me know
