Can anyone recommend an English pre-school for a 3 year old?

Hi all!
We are coming to live in Doha in February and will be looking for an English speaking school for our 3 year old daughter on arrival. I understand that schools may not have places available immediately but can anyone recommend a pre-school or kindergarten whom we might approach?
Best regards,
Steve
Steve,
I concur with dentist's comment that first, you'll have to figure out where you end up living and find a nursery/school nearby as traffic in the morning (and early afternoon) can be horrible. There's quite a number of English speaking schools/nursery based on Western (British/Australian) curriulum. As soon as you arrive in Qatar, you should get a copy of Marhaba or Explore Doha/Qatar. You can find them in Carrefour, Jarir and major hotels (just about anywhere where many Western expats frequent). Both books have a very good section on the education section.
BTW, my son, who's only 7 months old, is at ElderTree nursery. I chose it because it's the closest one and I'm very happy with it. Their website is www.eldertreenursery.com but I didn't find it too helpful. If you have any more questions, feel free to email me at [email protected]. I know that this was a subject that I tried to research the most before moving to Qatar. Good luck.
Hi -- My daughter goes to Starfish Lane Kids and loves it. It's new and I don't believe it's full yet. Nice place. Maria and Kimberley run it. 974-580-5830, 580-5103 or email [email protected]. It's near Landmark Mall.
It depends on where you will be located in Doha.
My daughter goes to a very nice one at Riviera Gardens in Duhail area
I'll try to get you the contact numbers if i remember to do so tomorrow ;)
