Please could you tell me if you are practicing as a Lamaze Instructor here in Qatar. A colleague of mine is about 5 months pregnant and is a first time mother.

Here in Qatar they don't seem to know much about Ante-natal care and I when things happen to her she doesn't quite understand what is happening with her body and she worries.
