IS DOHA GOING TO BE ANOTHER DUBAI ?

I have heard a lot about Doha being transforming a lot these days and that many reforms are taking place both on economic and cultural aspects.
Is Doha going to be another Dubai as regard to its culture etc in the near future.What you think, let me know.

Most of the people still dont forsee but infact Doha will be almost 80 percent same as Dubai,s culture in next few years. Off course a few restrictions may prevail.
