hello, I'm traveling to Doha in a month, I wanna know if it's possible to find a one bed room appartment or a studio for a maximum of 4000 Qatari riyal, I'll be staying for a year or more. and cud any one recomend certian areas which is a multi-culture enviroment.

Also, does any one knows how to find people living in Qatar for chatting, I've tried several chat programs and no luck.
