working for QatarGas

Hi everybody,
I've been offered the position of rover operator with QatarGas,and as this will be my first move abroad,I'm looking for detailed information on this company,not only those that deal with salary and allowances,but everything related,from housing,family life,entertainment to discover this country I've heard about so much.
I hope this new job will be for me a new start in my life,so I really need to prepare myself to this deep change.

I have an got an offer work for a shift supervisor position with qatargas company with a monthly salary of QRS 12100 + QRS1800 for transport amllowance+621QRS for location allowance
+(housing will be provided by the company+car loan+medical insurance+feeair ticket+school for children+.....whatI need to know is to give me all details you have got,I will be in qatar on november in bachelor system for 3 months(probationary period)so help me please by giving all details(I am from algeria).Many thanks.
