Qatar v Argentina

I recently found out that an Argentina player called Daniel Bilos who played in the Qatar v Argentina match, was allowed to switch and play for Croatia national team, which he rejected, because the match was not an official match. I was wondering why it was not an official Match? Does Anyone know?

The Qatar vs Argentina match wasnt an Official FIFA game thats why. It was some charity game for the tsunami thingy. Was that what you were looking for?
