Internet for Distant learning

Hi there,
This site is quite informative.My husband and I are considering a move to qatar in the next couple of weeks.Having read so much about Q-tel's firewalls, i was wondering if i would be able use the internet service to view videos of lectures from a distant learning program which i intend to start then.Thanks

That depends on QTel and their filtering program. Some days it makes no sense and getting an answer to questions is outside of their understanding. They don't really understand why someone might want anything beside what they will allow.
