Working for Qatar Airways and living in Doha

Hi, I am about to fly to Qatar for an interview with Qatar Airways, in a managerial (flying a desk) HR role. Does anyone have expereince of working for Qatar Airways and able to provide any insights as to what I should expect? Unfortunately I have recently read a series of very negative views about this employer from within the ~Airline Industry, but I would be interested in hearing of people's experiences on this board if possible.

Also, if I am offered a role my finacee and I will neede to decide if we want to relocate to Qatar (currently in UK) for two years and typically we will do a pro's and cons type of assessment (we have already done to get us this far). If you are able to assist with same by answering follwougn that would be great:

1) What do you consider to be the pluses of living and working in Qatar?

2) what do you consider to be the minuses of living and working in Qatar?
