we just started living in one house, not even 15 days. We rented house from BENEFIT GROUP. but they are not taking responsibility now. they are telling already they handed over this property to another man. We gave 1 month advance and 1 month rent. New owner came and told us to increase rent 3300 to 4900. our contract is 1 month. Plz guide us regarding the formalities to make a complaint

File the case and office is near to muntazah garden

I THINKS THERE IS ONE RENTAL DISPUTE INSTITUTION JUST OPPOSITE HOLIDAY VILLA

As u rented the house from Benefit Group they are responsible for the trouble u r facing. it is better to cancel the agreement take the deposit money and move.
