Is " jobsinqatar.org " a genuine job portal

I wanted to check the credentials of " jobsinqatar.org "

When my friend posted her cv on the website, she immediately got a response saying that her cv is shortlisted. However they asked for 80 USD to be paid online.
I am not sure whether this company is genuine.

Does anyone have any experience dealing with this company ?

Any company or job portal that ask for money is definitely a scam. Beware and don't be a victim.

Its a scam. For every one they r asking the same thing .even i also got the same reply next day.

If any one ask money upfront and more specially if its in $

it's a fake.

They are spamming this and many other sites with their add.
