How can i change mybushiness visa to permanent visa?

Hai All,
Want to know some laws about changing the visa and all.
Now presently me working here in a company in three months business visa, every month they used to renew it for month and after three month I used to exit to my country for taking a new one.
It’s already I finished my first three months and I arrived back again in new 3month business visa and company not giving me permanent visa here.
So I tried for some better companies who can give me permanent visa and all. So finally I got some jobs here who promised me permanent visa.
So how can I enter to that company without making any problem in my career?
Can u someone please help me?
Is it possible to make permanent visa if we already working in another company with business visa??

You mentioned that you were able to find some Companies who are ready to give you permanent visa. Tell them to arrange the visa for you.
I have some finical problems that's why i busy for my permanent visa and existing in every three months is not good for me.
How bushy is your visa? Probably need to shave I think.
