Is it possible to get NOC for this Problem?

Dear All,

My Profession as engineer.But i came here with House Driver. Beacause my company management promise me immediately we will change.but now i completed one year still they didnt change it. they changed from house driver to company driver.after that they did nt do anything.so i am facing too much problem for getting wife visa. and also they promise me every year once 30 days paid leave and bonus and salary increment. nothing happened. so please all let me know if i go to labour court can i get NOC? with all settlement....?

I don't think so. Giving you a NOC is all in the hands of the employer.
