satellite vs cable?

Hello,
was wondering whether i should go for satellite dish or cable through ooredoo for tv. I have internet already.
Interested in Aljazeera sports and probably some OSN channels. can you guys provide the pros and cons of going through a satellite dealer or qtel and the cost difference etc.

also ooredoo shows only al jazeera sports 1-10 in their al jazeera sports package but al jazeera aso offers HD 1-6. can someone confirm that the HD channels are included in the package as well

Since u already have internet satellite dish will be a cheaper option... or else u can also try upgrading your internet to mozaic tv.
