CBQ ATM MACHINE- NO TRUSTWORTHY& NO FOLLOW UP

i was deposited 3000Qr for my visa card through CBQ ATM at Al Wakra on March-2013.Unfortunately that time sudden that ATM Machine was out of order and my money captured that machine.no receipt nothing.same time i was reported th CBQ customer agents and made the complaints.
till now i did not get back that cash,now almost Five Months.
DO not believe any CBQ ATM MA chine..No body follow up...
Anybody here to advice me get back that 3000 Qr
that not only for CBQ.....any Q..
Sometimes ignorance will put you in trouble.
one time i had to cancell my DB ATM card due to one of CBQ ATM......
Take it to the Customer Care again and insist you meet some one at a senior level. The customer care agentjust forwards the matter as I get it. Boxbe, if she gives treat to all of us, the reason for waiting 5 months will be lost ;-)
I sometimes pay my Cbq credit card bill thru their ATM machine and I don't have problem, my wife did, same thing happened but she got her money back after a month, interest for late payment charged but returned back to her after another month
please go once again to customer service department in wakrah branch and explain the whole situation...hope they will return it back and they should :)..once you get pls give us all treat for our valuable comments :)
MAny time i was coordinate with customer care agents in Wakra Branch,but she keep sending email to IT department.....i dont know what is there procedure.....
I am using the ATM for the last two years to deposit cash and I never had any problem so far. Instead posting this here for an advise after 5 months you should have approached the Bank Branch immediately after the issue to get your money reimbursed.
Well 1st thing, they do not take this long. I am sure u have not followed up with the CBQ people. After you lodge a complain with the call center you should have asked for a complaint number. with that you can go to the branch and they will help you. If you have a CBQ account and the cash was captured in the CBQ ATM, it will take 3 days for you to get your money back. or else if any other ATM, it might take up to a week. But not 5 months.
2ndly, painther, i have never had the problem with depositing the cash in ATM's. have done it several time and never faced any problem.
Lesson learned: Never deposit cash in ATM, go to branch; be safe with money!
since 5 months u did not follow with them then how do u expect to get ur money back..take ur bank statement as proof and inform them the same
