Tranfer maids sponsorship...tough one
Somebody I know wants to give NOC to his maid as he is leaving the country. He already cancelled her RP as he is leaving on Sunday. Is there any way that she can transfer her sponsorship even though she needs to leave the country soon, either with or without leaving, or can she only come back after two years? Please help

does ban period mean 2 years or 7 days . I did not understand.
If her RP is cancelled she must leave the country within 7 days. She can come back only after the ban period. Tell her to get the NOC and try for another job after leaving the country.
