Hi, Im planning to go to Simaisma Beach with my friends and have a BBQ party. Can anyone advice me that, is that beach good to have a swim & BBQ? Anyone have experience there? How to reach the place? Please advice me.
Simaisma beach is not a bad beach, rough sand. when the tide is out, it goes a long way and the wet surface is fine nud, not very pleasant. When the tide is in it is clean and good.
Personally go further north to Fuwairit Beach, nice sand, clean water, when the tide is out you can still swim, sandy ocean floor. Shamal road off at intersection 79, turn right, approc 3km just before the village turn left along track for approx. 1.5 km past a few compounds, veer right towards the beach. Beware parking on the big flat area, when the tide comes in this becomes about 30cm deep in water, if you have a 4x4 you can go onto the beach
