Is 5k QR / month for a single enough?
Hi all, I will be moving to Doha soon and I thought I will just ask around for some advice.
I am coming over to Doha as a bachelor, all other expenses like accommodation, phone, car/petrol, medical, air tixs back home will be provided by company.
I probably just need to budget myself for utilities and food... I think, unless I am missing something here.
Was thinking of working on a budget of 5k per month for my expenses which includes 2-3 nights of dinning out (per week), drinks at some hotel bar (once a week), occasional movies, grocery shopping once a week. Can anyone advise if that's enough for comfortable living or would I have to add on 2-3k to my budget?

just curious, what are the bar prices like in hotels bar? Also, say a dinner for 2 at chillis or something, how much will that cost me...

5k is good offer considering accomodation is given by company because its really very expensive in Qatar.
