It is illegal - the sponsor can be fined,the maid deported and if there are any problems then liability is a big issue.

Get a maid from a legal channel via an agency.

It sounds like an offence, a maid working under a different employer when her actual employer is away.

Any eventuality during this period, who is rersponsible.

But there are procedures to legalize this. good luck.
