I've been starting working in here in qatar as Direct hired by the company here,
my contract is 2years
I came here and started working on may 25, 2013,
the company already applied me for medical test(and i passed), next is they applied me for finger printing and im also done with it,
but the problem is they cannot continue processing my ID because i need first to have my certificate of diploma coming from my school,
but the problem is my school still cant release yet my diploma because of the processing is to slow. it may take a year before they can complete processing it including the stamp from the embassy from my country,

my problem is if the company will still let me work up until now (JULY 2013) or for the coming months if i cant still have my QATAR ID,,
coz im just new here in qatar,
is the company will be still responsible for me to what will be the consequences will be given to me if either will they still let me work in their company or they will gonna cancel my work here and provide the expenses to my trip to go back in the country where I came from??
coz if theres is no really chance for me to work here without id then its way more better that they cancel my work than being caught by the authorities without having qatar ID,
so if they cancel my work here am i still gonna pay them some fines??tnx

The company they will pay the penalties 10 riyals per day until your ID not come should be follow up your school diploma for your country of origin because you will facing a problem here after that your visa will expire soon. You cannot work here without the school documents.
