NBI Clearance Question
Can the Philippines embassy here in doha, authenticate my Personal Copy of NBI without the red ribbon attached.
My company told me that they will not give me back my NBI Clearance "with the red ribbon" because the Immigration took it.
Additional Info:
I resigned within my probation date ended, I am under my father sponsorship. They submitted my application to the immigration but i told them to cancel it. Now they are saying the above statement.
PS: I did not signed any contract
I think its not possible! your NBI must have a red ribbon before the Phil. Embassy stamp it for authentication.
Same thing happened to me. I have a personal copy with me but they still asked me to send it to Phils. for DFA's authentication/red ribbon before they can authenticate it.
