Need Sponsor for my Mother-in-Law
My Mother-in-Law is on a Family visit visa. We expect that it can be extended up to 6 months but when I applied for an extension for the remaining 5 months, the immigration officer told me that it is only 1 month.
In this case, I am looking for a Local Sponsor for my mother-in-law so she could have permanent RP.
I am worried if her visit will not be extended or we cannot get a local sponsor since she is the one who look after my kid.
Your info will be of great help.
Thank you so much!
thanks all for your inputs! have a good weekend!
and even if you found such illegal "sponsor", it might put your MIL in total dependency, where a sponsor will have a power over her and consequentially over your family.. think twice before placing her in such slavery..
tasar, what you are looking for is illegal. The person in Qatar can be sponsored either by the employer - company or individual which the person actually work for; or a Family member.
zackm: yes, a local sponsor is what really I need. Thanks!
Are you really the sponsor of your MIL? ...
Sponsor for Mother-in-Law? It is not going to work. How she is going to get a work visa and who is going to give her a work visa? In order to get an RP she should have either a work visa or a husband sponsored family visa. The only possibility is that you can try to extend the visit visa to the maximum and she should leave for minimum 3 months to apply again.
They won't give you a longer extension for your Mother in Law or any in Laws, it is only extended for 1 month continuous. If you need someone to look after your kid, you should start looking into agencies for a nanny. If you still want to proceed with the RP, you have to find a local willing to sponsor your MIL.
2 personal they make ur bp low :o(
thanks safari. that's what we are planning to do by next renewal maybe a week before her visa expire, we will try to renew again.
Can u explain it to me? why the mother in low are dangerous.
they say one month, but what they mean is one month at a time up untill 6 months. After that she will have to leave for 3 months and then you can start the whole process again. Try and stay away from "shady" deals / sponsorships.
@ Baburao: What do you mean it's a "mistake"? please explain it well. thanks!
i m warning u dont do that mistake
