Hello All,

My friend came under a company visa one month ago. In about 20 days, company told him to go Medical. But he didn't go for medical and requested for medical after 3 months (i.e.,after probation period).

Now, company applied for a new visa to bring another guy for another designation, but the visa is not yet issued for payment or print.

Now, company saying, the new visa is delayed because of the delayed medical of my friend. Also company told him to leave the country or follow to medical. What he do now? Follow to medical or leave the country? He is on a Indian RP Visa.

Company now looking for another candidate from India by cancelling his visa..! What to do?

Please give me a reply.

For stamping his RP, he has to complete the legal immigration formalities in Qatar. Why he is afraid of medical check? He should pass this medical test for completing other procedures for his residence permit.
