Termination during probationary period- after effects?
I have accpted the qatar offer for a senior position and planning to relocate qatar. My probationary period is 6 months during which either party can terminate with the liue of one week notice period. My concern is if termination during probationay, will I be imposed 2 years ban.? Shall I eleigible to get release to look for anotherr sponsor.? As my kids will be studying in qatar how can i leave the country if sponsor refuses to give me NOC.?

I just hope that you have the right intention of getting employed because, it appears to me that you will just make your first employer a jump off in Qatar and with the intention of finding a better work while working with them.
Honestly, you need to complete one (1) year before you can transfer and so, an NOC is not effective if you have not completed the legalities of your employment.
However, you can ask from your employer to give you and IARA. It is a document allowing you to work with another company while under their sponsorship or while waiting for a one year to transfer your sponsorship.
There are companies that allows and or accept this condition.
No way you can transfer to other company before one year even you have noc, you must complete one year with the hiring company.
