salary claim

Suppose someone is working in a company in Qatar. 5 months passed your entrance in Qatar. Your company has suggested him to search work elsewhere because the company is not able to pay salary due to shortage of project.In this case will he have a salary claim from the current company until he joins in another company ?

Gee ... The company already in tormoil, no work - no pay!.. If they will issue NOC , you have to find a job immediately or else they cancel your visa you will exit of course.
