Toyota customer service
Anybody has experienced similar problems with Toyota?
In my opinion after service service of toyota in qatar is absolutely shocking. I have never experience any similar problems with any other company before. The phone numbers given on the website lead you to the robot machine that transfers you wherever you need. Problem is after you reach where you need - no one is bother to pick the phone.
Fine. I dial the operator. After 7(SEVEN!) minutes of waiting listening to beloved "beep beep" the guy picks up and advises me to create an internet account through their website. Which is what i did. When i finished inserting all the info about my car i was requested to active my acount through my e-mail. Well it had been 4 hours now and i have found absolutely no e-mails from toyota in my mailbox. Does is get any worse that this. Quite frankly i have never been so upset about a service provided!
And all i need is to repair a dent =(
Instead of complaining check up junk folder. It will be there. I also did join online and the email was in the junk email folder. Look before complaining lik a little girl.
Go directly to Industrial area service centre.
Online service is not quick in Doha

Toyota's Telephone system is truly freaky. I did put my complaint several & I don't know why the management is not taking any improvement towards that. They call several times for the Customer Satisfaction survey !!!!
