permenent visa transfering

Please help me to give the proper information and direction
I am in permanent Residency visa without stamping ,10 days remaining for stamping(almost three months over).I have taken medical and finger also.Now i got a good job and they are asking me to extend the visa without stamping for 1 month .Can i change my visa to new job,can i extend that,
Please help me?
somebody telling me that you can transfer ,no problem for finger and medical is over ,but i have to pay 10 qr per day as fine after the expiry of 3 months.my company ready to give me NOC.my employer having Indian visa also,but they require minimum 1 month for visa transfer and all.
No, because your Residence Permit has been finalized even if the visa hasn't been stamped in your passport.
You can change your visa to the new employer at any time once provide N.O.C. from the current employer/sponser. Otherwise, it could be an issue as your medical & finger-print processes have been done. Confirm with a genuine authority.
