Personal Appearance for senior citizen and children?

Do Senior citizens and children required to personally apply to have their passport stamped in the Qtar Embassy in the Philippines? We are from the province and we are running out of time.

one of the reason why Qatar Embassy in Manila to posponed DHL to do job as proxy because they want personal appearance.

As far as I know, the Qatar Embassy staff in Manila is not really bothered with stamping visas on Philippines passports as long as their paperwork in DOHA is correct. Personal appearance MAY or MAY NOT BE needed ... that depends on the officer on duty. Be polite and nice and I hope you all the best! This response is not based on the Qatar embassy in Manila but general GCC embassies around this region. The personal appearance is a 5-year-old European Union comedy that others have just copied. Travel safe.
