Car, wife Visa, accommodation
Hello everyone,
I am moving to Qatar with my wife this July. I have few questions and I hope you can help me!
First I was really looking forward to buying SUV (between BMW X1 or Audi Q5) and because it is very expensive brand new, I was thinking of getting a used one and my maximum budget is 80.000 but now I have been reading a lot about how the resale price of Audi is awful and the 3 years warranty and that means that after three years the car will lose almost 50 percent of its value so what do you recommend I should do ? shall I go for another SUV but brand new like Toyota and then i shall pay the price different although I am a big fan of Audi!! and what is the problems I am gonna face if i bought 2007 BMW the price is very reasonable!!
Second my wife is british and she will be moving with me before getting the Qatar ID, I guess she will get visitor Visa for a month and then i will wait till i get the ID and apply for her VISA so is there anyway I can apply for the UK, I am already there now?
Third I will be working at Hamad hospital and it will be only me and my wife and My rent budget is 6000 max 7000. I wonder if this is ok for 2 bedroom apartment and i would love to have amenities in the building like swimming pool and gym so any ideas where i can settle with all these :)
I know that it might be too much what I am asking for but i can compromise :)
Have a lovely day everyone
A smile makes all the difference :)
Thank you spyboy! Yes I know they will sort it out, but I don't wanna wait for few months till I get it done and I would prefer my wife to join me from the first day.
Thank you so much :)
