approach your embassy for New passport. I hope you can easily get it as long as you are in qatar.

Try calling the karwa office first then report to police.

you could approach your embassy and get a duplicate issued to you. Call and find with them about the procedure. Meanwhile carry the photo copies of pasport and Visa always with you.
