Would you like to get your help ..
I have a friend who is 40 years old, is a Civil Engineer with 16 years of experience in projects, measurements / budgeting / proposals and direction / supervision of construction of buildings and infrastructure (drainage)
He would love to work for the Middle East (Qatar, Dubai, Abu Dhabi).
Does anyone could tell me what is the easiest way for him to get a job.
If anyone knows of any company that is in need, please tell me so that he can send the resume and portfolio.
