Go Kidz Go - youth development program
Go Kidz Go program will be starting this month at Garveys - Europeon Family Village near Salwa Road (same location as Yama Yoga).
Go Kidz Go is a youth development program that educates, motivates and inspires young children to live a healthy life. The program teaches young kidz fitness, nutrition and character building in a way that is fun and practical - providing them with skills for a lifetime of health and happiness.
Date: Saturday 23rd of February (8 week program – every Saturday)
Time: Choose a class 9-10am or 10-11am
Age Group: 7 -12 years old boys and girls
Limited Space: 10-20 kidz only – be quick to sign up!
SPECIAL Kidz Kit: each kid will receive a healthy lifestyles GKG kit which includes a water bottle, tshirt, backpack, skipping rope & much more
PARENTS while your kidz are learning all about fitness, nutrition and character, take the opportunity to pop in to Yama Yoga or enjoy a meal around the pool at the Family Restaurant.

Its only QR550 for the whole eight week program. The classes will be held every Saturday. You can choose a spot for your kid in either 9:00 to 10:00am or 10:00 to 11:00am session.
