What are the Requirements for a Family RP Visa?

My friend told me you don't require to present Electricity Bill or a Tenancy Agreement. The Basic requirements were only NOC from the employer stating your Salary and Designation in Arabic, Marriage Certificate, Applicant ID and Passport copies, Spouse Passport Copy. This all enough. Anybody recently have applied for Family Visa for wife without Tenancy Agreement copy attested by Municipality and Electricity Bill and got approved? My Friend stated me that in the application counter the lady returned his Tenancy agreement copy attested by the municipality despite he tried to attach with his application as supporting. He got his RP in 3 days as well. Any advice regarding this?

Also if you have a salary more then 10,000 but having a Car loan meant the amount will be deducted from the salary amount or it's nothing to do with it?

Thanks to all for the response. I m asking for a Permanent Residency Visa not for a Visit. How many days it normally takes after applying for a visa to get printed and how many days validity it has? Also Electricity Bill is necessary?

U NEED TO MAKE A LETTER ATTESTED BY THE EMBASSY HERE IN QATAR (OR I THINK THE EMBASSY ITSELF IS THE ONE MAKING IT U CAN ASKED FROM THEM) A GUARANTEE LETTER IN WHICH IT WAS BEING STATED THERE THAT U WILL PROVIDE ALL EXPENCES AND YOUR RESPONSIBLE FOR THEM WHILE THEY VISIT DOHA QATAR...MOST OF THE IMMIGRATIONS IS ASKING FOR A INVITATION LETTER FROM THE ONE WHO SPONSORED SOMEONE TO COME OVER WITHOUT IT, IT WOULD BE DIFFICULT FOR YOUR FAMILY OR RELATIVES TO COME OVER QATAR..

if you are applying for a family residence visa, you need the tenancy agreement but if you are applying for a visit visa, there is no need for that.

* Note: Please collect the visa from the internet: www.moi.gov.qa

I just copied these requirements from the immigration when I applied for my wife's family visit visa last October 2012. Hope this will help you.
