you question is incomplete but let me try,,,If you came on visit visa under your husband sponsor, then go to medical commission which is located near abu hamour round about in front of gas / oil company.. once you pass the medical test then go to any typist and fill the extension form and then submit below documents..
Go to the immigration office across from ORYX Rotana hotel by the airport. They can do a 1 month extension. If you go after 9 pm there is no waiting time. Just walk up and pay 100QR fee. After the 30 day extension you will have to leave the country and come back in on another visit visa on arrival.

1) extension form which you typed
2) your husband QID and passport copy
3) your passport copy
4) medical test paper
