Of course no GCC country--far too small in total population and the wealth is concentrated on too few people. And of course the US, Indian and China would rank high nearly 3 billion people between them.

There may come a day soon when they would prefer staying back home and being part of their nations growth and being in charge of their own destiny and not having to fall at the HR's feet out here begging for their passport or the other little things. They may not all become millionaires or billionaires but atleast they will not have to beg

Most and not all Indians have so much money but they are too cheap to spend it. I have never dealt with people so careful on spending anything!... It is crazy.. at my work they argue on like few riyals sometimes when the project is worth tens of thousands! No wonder they become billionaires!
