Visit visa for my 4 months old daughter

i need a knowledgeable and experienced person, who know much about Visa issuing in Qatar to counsel me on what to do urgently.
I ave been working in Qatar for 2 yrs and my wife also got an offered in a reputable company here in Qatar last month and the company issued her 5 yrs working visa as administrative secretary but she is nursing my 4 months baby.
My Question are:
Can i do a visit visa for my baby only since my wife is having working visa already.?
Is salary of 5000 Qatar Riyals with profession of civil Engr. on the residence permit enough to do visit visa for her.( Company is ready to give NOC and other document).?

Do i need to attest-ate my house contract from baladiya for visit visa?
What are other document i may need ?

Your Advice will highly be appreciated. and if you know anybody that can help me, kindly tell me. My wife is expected to resume work in Qatar by 29th of this month.
