Which brand is better? Philips or Sharp for 32 inch LED Tv?

Hello QL members,
I have a limited budget for LED Tv and i could find only Sharp and Philips in my budget...But philips offering good features...
Which brand better here in qatar?
Pls share your experience if any...

Between Philips and Sharp, I would recommend Philips. But if it's against Samsung, then I would suggest Samsung.
