I am a fresh Business Degree holder (BBA- 4 Years with Majors in Marketing) from a reputed Business School in Pakistan. I want to start my career with organization like Qatar Airlines. Nowadays Recruitment in Pakistan has been started. So can anyone please guide me about how Qatar Airlines looks at fresh grads?? what could be the possible suggestions for me regarding various departments in which to join in? To find employment in any organization in the Middle East some experience is almost essetial. Try to get some experience in your field and the doors of employment will begin to open on you.

Airlines always ask couple of years experience.Better take atleast 2 yrs experience then apply.
