Dear Ladies,

Mariella Avila de Lagos, potluck member would like to introduce the Low Carb Cooking.
She will be teaching on making the bread without using any flour. Make waffles with soy flour, cinamon muffins,
blueberry ice cream. etc....

Mariella will be conducting classes at her house (West Bay Area) from 9.30 in the morning. Every Tuesdays or Thursdays.
