Charity Bazaar in Aid of Gaza

Good Morning Ladies,
I hope you are well!
As you are probably aware, Gaza is currently suffering a humanitarian crisis and for this reason we are inviting you to participate in our Community Charity Bazaar in association with Reach Out to Asia. The Bazaar's schedule will be on the following days; Thursday 5th and Friday 6th February from 11.30 am until 9pm. It will be a great opportunity to market and sell products and services to our community, which consists of over 6000 Qatargas and Rasgas employees and their families. Through 'Reach out to Asia's' P.R. campaign, the event will be featured in many publications around Qatar.
The Bazaar will take place in the Al Waha Club, at the Al Khor Community. Each table will cost a very reasonable QR 350 for both days; you may of course take more than one table if required. The set up will commence on Wednesday 4th February from 6pm onwards and should dismantle after the event on the 6th of February - Friday.
We will also be holding a charity raffle draw and it would be highly appreciated if you are able to donate a gift, to be raffled off. We hope that you take this great opportunity support this very worthy cause.
Given the situation in Gaza right now, immediate action is needed. Therefore, we would like to respectfully ask you to confirm your involvement by 26th January 2009, by calling, faxing or email me (please see below for details).
