Hi! I'm moving to Qatar in September. I have to bring one month's allowance. I do not have much time to prepare money.

Should I exchange CAD to Qatari at a home bank? It is not a common currency and I am worried they won't have it readily available. Are the rates at the airport or bank okay in Qatar? I am okay with carrying cash, but is travellers check or bank draft better?
