as i was driving the vehicle on middle track at 75kmph(speed limit 80kph),one car gone more than speed limit on speed track(first track) which was captured by portable camera placed on third track.at the same time my vehicle was being overtaken by that vehicle on first track alone.i am suspecting if camera has taken both the photos at the same but i was driving within the speed limit as i said before(75kmph)(at the time of camera flashing,my vehicle and his vehicle were at same level but speed was different that was the overtaking peak.)
am i being fined for this?

No need to worry my friend. These radars are super intelligent. These are two in one.On one side they took the picture and on the other side they calculate the speed at which the car is moving. Moreover these cameras did not take picture if your car is above speed limit upto 10 kilometers.e.g if road speed limit is 80 and you are driving at 81 or 85 they won't take picture but if you are at 90 or 95 then they will flash only.I myself experience this thing by driving above speed limit at 81 and crosses infront of the radar and it didnt flashes because there is always a margin slightly between speed limits because we are human not machines we cannot keep our car to a constant speed of 80.That is why it functions like this.

these camera do not take only photo.. they take a lots of snaps at a time like a video clip.. if you doubt on your fine just go to traffic dept they will clear it out. they can show it to u also...so seeing the moment of car they will fine the particular one and others will be deleted...

You will not be fined..As rock 111 had mentioned. these cameras are equiped wd not only super speed sensore. It shutter speed is hight too. these can take multi images in a second. So do not worry.. you will not be fined if your speed was really less then 80Kmh..

They take two photos, so they can measure the speed of the vehicle (distance travelled divided by time between the two photos equals speed). So you wont be fined.

No, you will not be fined because these cameras equipped with super sensetive sensor. The cameras could identify which car is moving beyond the speed limit.

The radar camera will ALWAYS capture TWO shots with a difference of 1 second, the two shots will CLEARLY show which car is OVERSPEED, tehre is no shot for the number plate as it will be zoomed from one of the shots.

You are SAFE, do not worry

you will not be fined unless you exceeded the speedlimit... most of these camera's actually take video too which can be viewed by the chief of traffic violations so he can adjudicate. Just go to police station and if you weren't speeding you won't be fined...lotsofpeople say they weren't speeding when they actually were..check on website first to see if you have offence listed.

The cameras take more than 1 photo. one of the photos is the plate number . So, dont worry , I think they took this case in consideration during their installations of the cameras.

Honestly, it is a theory that only Traffic Authority can explain.

I want to ask that question too.

Anyone??
