There is one traffict department branch (South Security Department) in al wakrah along the main road near pearl R/A opposite al seef petrol station. I renew my car regitration there.
for settlement of traffic fines, you can go to the Airport Traffic department. They do settle fines over there. The wakra branch however does not have thsi facility.
Location : from wakra, go straight to the Airforce R/A, straght toward the Signal from the signal take a left, and perhaps the2nd or 3rd cutting on the right, you will find the traffic department. Easy hint: in that road, the Traffic Department building is the only building with a Qatar Flag up at full mast :).
