Shipping Query
In the information I've been given for preparing items for shipping, there's this 'little' point.
ALL PRINTED MATTER, RECORDS, FILMS, BOOKS, PICTURES, TAPES, SLIDES, MOVIES,VIDEOS, COMPACT DISCS, COMPUTER SOFTWARE, ETC. SUBJECT TO CENSORSHIP AND CONFISCATION (MUST BE PACKED SEPARATELY FOR EASY ACCESS) IF CAUGHT WITH ANY OF THESE ITEMS, CUSTOMERS WILL BE SUBJECT TO SEVERE PENALTIES AND POSSIBLE JAIL TERM.
• Computer equipment requires a separate clearance procedure
Now obviously you can be caught with these items if they're asking you to pack them separately, so can someone please explain what exactly they are asking for and what things are likely to be censored? What is the separate clearance for computer equipment, is this more for IT business type stuff or my PC and server from my home office?
