Also, check the side of the tire their should be a date the tires were manufactured given this environment you don't want tires that are dried out, I am sure they still try to use them here. I wonder if any govt. inspector goes to the stores and checks out old stock its a danger to us all,
No it is not safe because after long time tyre are getting hard. So it is not safe as new
DONT RISK YOUR LIFE FOR THAT TYRES...BETTER BE SAFE.GET NEW ONE!

No. # year old tires are too old in this Climate. Personally I change tires after one Year to be on the Safe Side.
