I have been having this problem for a while now. I have narrowed it down to the fact that I am using a vodaphone broadband usb, rather than static internet device or wifi. I think that the USB broadband stick may not recognise my location as it can be used anywhere. Very annoying as everyday I am tryiny to post ads for work. Can't wait to get static internet lol. Hope this helps
