Good Evening,

Hopefully this is posted in the right forum but I was looking for some advice and have some general queries about people's experience in Qatar with Independent Financial Advisors.

I have been offered a role within a company in Qatar (not as an IFA) and am enquiring about personal experience -

have you received a good service?

was it a hard sell? was the IFA only after your money, did they consider your needs before advising on a product?

I've been unable to find the relevant information on licensing for IFA's on the QFCRA and QFC website - does this mean that it's unlicensed?

They must deal with the QFC since it's the regulating body. If it's not listed, send them an email to enquire about it.
