Ezdan Village IV Wakra Promise does not match with reality

Ezdan Village IV comes with a big advertisement on a regular basis that you get lots of facilities including Swimming Pool and Gym. In Gym they have put 6 Treadmill, all Chinese and 4 of them are not working since months and the staff are clueless on when it will be repaired.
Regarding Swimming Pool, it is very poorly maintained and more than 50% of the time it will be closed. Security Supervisor would say that Manager has asked him to keep it close. And if Manager says for opening it then only they will open it. They will not even share the Manager's contact number on asking. ITs pathetic to say the least. So be careful before getting into Ezdan Village.
Check the promises being made and how it is being fulfilled?

Absolutely agree with the above. The situation in Ezdan 18 where I live is a similar story. The maintenance is very bad. The manager of the building doesn't speak english at all, so does the maintenance manager. If you have any problem it costs you a lot of time to repeat one and the same and at the end you get a promise that somebody will come to check what is all about. Of course nobody comes. Working time of the ''maintenance'' staff is up to 5pm, but you cannot find anybody after 4.30. I tried to talk to the ''maintenance manager'' but he just said: ''I cannot do anything! Just call and complain to the company!'' He doesn't even seem to be interested in any problem in regard to his employer's property.

The hygiene at the stairways is below any limits. There are many boys who suppose to look after it, but they prefer to wait at the parking and to offer to the tenants to wash their cars (not for free of course) and don't care to clean wherever it needs to be cleaned. Yes Ezdan is cheap and there is a reason for this. So, never ever Ezdan!
