If anyone lives there, can I get some feedback?

We are thinking of moving in there, but it looks soooooo big so just wondering if its not crowded over the weekends like pool and kids play area? Also are there some activities for kids?
Do you like living there?
is maintenance good?
Enough lights through the living room windows?
......... whatever else good or bad would be helpful

The house we visited has lots of stairs and small corners and was a bit dark. Also, no bath only showers. Think about traffic in the morning since salwa road is still a mess !

My husband was going to rent a villa there. I also visited and found it to be very nice. However he decided against it as he said he went on a weekend and the pool area was packed full and he didn't think I would feel comfortable going there with my children. I didn't think it was too big of a compound compared to others Ive seen. Very charming feel to it. They do however charge 5 percent yearly fee for maintenance which I thought is ridiculous.

Good luck
